A search of MySpace.com resulted in profiles for both Emily and her alias, Zoey Zane. The latter of the two was last updated on October 15, 2007. Within it, the author described herself as a "Porn Star" from El Dorado, Texas. It is interesting to note that Eldorado is roughly a five-hour drive from Vernon, the town where Mireles's rental car was found.
According to the October 17 Google cache of Zoey-zane.com, Emily recently spent time in Texas working on a photo shoot. An October 16 post to the site read in part:

"Hot and sexy girl Zoey Zane, at today's episode is visiting big cattle ranch in Texas and due to that she is all dressed up as a cowgirl, Her body comes to notice due to that..." [sic throughout].

Another profile on MySpace, believed to belong to Victoria Martens, was last logged into on October 19. The author neglected to fill out the "About Me" section; however, she did post several photos, including a sonogram picture, which is dated June 27, 2007.
On Wednesday, police and volunteers searched for clues along the Walnut River in El Dorado and also U.S. 54 in Greenwood County. A third search was later conducted at a nearby dump, but as with the first two searches, nothing of evidentiary value was found.
Due to the circumstances of the investigation, police consider Mireles a "person of interest" in Emily's disappearance. FBI agents have been assisting El Dorado police, and it is their belief that Mireles, who has "resident alien" status in the United States, may attempt to cross the border into Mexico where he has known ties.

Mireles is described as a Hispanic male, 5'6" tall and 130 pounds.
Emily was last seen wearing jeans, a "Don't Mess With Texas" T-shirt and sneakers. She is described as 5'3", 105 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She has multiple tattoos and body piercings.
