Emily's adult Web site was set up in April of 2007 and was maintained by a Wichita-based company. According to KCTV5.com, Emily had a contract with the company that granted her 45 percent of all subscription revenues. Five percent was to be paid on a monthly basis, while the other 40 percent was to be held in an escrow account until she fulfilled her part of the contract.

In a recent interview with The Associated Press, Nikki Watson, a friend of Emily's, said she was one of the few trusted friends aware of the Web site and that Emily enjoyed being a part of it.
"She is a young, teenage girl, and she wanted to be in the movies and enjoyed movies," Nikki said, adding, "She needed the extra money."
According to Nikki, Emily told her family about the Web site on Thanksgiving. Their reaction to her news is not yet known; however, sources say her boyfriend broke up with her when she told him about the site.
