Earlier this week, Emily's brother, Jacob Sander, confirmed to the media that a nude woman pictured on an Internet Web site was his sister, but he declined to answer questions about his sister or the site.
"Investigators are aware that Ms. Sander was apparently involved in a Web site situation," Boren told Kansas.com. "Allegations that this may factor into her disappearance are being thoroughly investigated."

Emily's adult Web site has since been pulled from the Internet, but a Google cache of the page remains visible. Within the site, Emily is described as a "sexy teen" who is willing to perform "hardcore action." Her bio on the site read in part:
"Welcome to site dedicated to hot and horny teen Zoey Zane, as soon as she turned 18 years she quit modeling and become on of many prospects in pornography, she allready have few movies and, shooting another one which will come out very soon, by her look you can teel that she is one of prospects, you can find her shooting with her friends from raging bucks, such as Haylee Hunter, and Ashley Brookes" [sic throughout].

The most recent cache of the page is dated November 21, 2007, two days before her disappearance. According to that cache, the last post to the site, which describes a new photo shoot and includes teaser photos, was made on October 17. It read in part:
"Zoey Zane amuses me every time, just looking at her naughty side, today she has decided that she want to be dressed like a Jane from move 'Tarzan', well i may tell you, she is realy cute in that dress and look kind nice..." [sic throughout].
