Former Miss USA Rima Fakih was arrested after weaving through traffic with an open bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne in the car, according to Detroit police. According to the report, the 26-year-old pageant queen's blood alcohol level was 0.20, more twice the legal limit, when she was arrested in Highland Park around 2:15 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6. Fakih told police that the 2011 Jaguar she was driving belonged to a friend, and that she didn't know the bottle of champagne was open. She was charged with DUI, careless driving, and possessing an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle.
The Lebanon-born Fakih was crowned Miss Michigan before winning Miss USA in 2010. Her title expired earlier this year. She briefly starred on the USA Network wrestling reality show
WWE Tough Enough, but was eliminated from the competition in the fourth episode.
