"At this point in time it's really hard to talk about," Feltes' father, Leonard Feltes, told Azstarnet.com. "My daughter has been found. Although we are very sad that she's dead, we do have a little closure knowing she's been found."
According to Lt. Michael O'Connor of the Pima County Sheriff's Department homicide unit, foul play has yet to be ruled out.

On September 21, Tracy and her boyfriend, a man who has not yet been identified, had an argument, and Tracy allegedly stormed out of her home in the 8000 block of North Hobby Horse Court and sped off in her car. When Tracy failed to return home, her boyfriend did not notify police, and Tracy was not reported missing until September 26, when her mother, Beverly Feltes, 64, filed a missing persons report.
On the day Beverly filed the report with police, investigators located Tracy's Chevy Malibu in a parking lot at the Oldfather Inn, a bar not far from her home. After searching the car, investigators also conducted a search of Tracy's home. What, if anything, was found during either search is not yet known. It is also unclear whether Tracy or another individual had left her car in the parking lot.
