TUCSON, AZ (Crime Library) — The Pima County Sheriff's Department is asking the public's help in locating a woman who recently disappeared from the home she shared with her live-in boyfriend, a man police describe as an "investigative lead."
Police say that on September 21, Tracy Beth Feltes, 33, and her boyfriend, a man who has not yet been identified, had an argument, and Tracy allegedly stormed out of her home in the 8000 block of North Hobby Horse Court and sped off in her car. When Tracy failed to return home, her boyfriend did not notify police, and Tracy was not reported missing until September 26, when her mother, Beverly Feltes, 64, filed a missing persons report.

On the day Beverly filed the report with police, investigators located Tracy's Chevy Malibu in a parking lot at the Oldfather Inn, a bar not far from her home. After searching the car, investigators also conducted a search of Tracy's home. What, if anything, was found during either search is not yet known. It is also unclear whether Tracy or another individual had left her car in the parking lot.
"Right now investigators are telling me they're working this as a missing person," Pima County Deputy Dawn Hanke told KVOA.com last week. "They do say there are suspicious circumstances around her disappearance, but they're not divulging that information to me."
According to Tracy's father, Leonard Feltes, 64, his daughter and her boyfriend work together in a glass-repair business. During an interview with Azstarnet.com, Leonard acknowledged that the relationship had its ups and downs, citing an argument the couple had on June 25, when Tracy was allegedly arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
