Video of Police Response at Norris Hall
On April 16, 2007, a gunman opened fire in a dorm and classroom at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va., killing at least 30 people in the deadliest shooting rampage in U.S. history, according to government officials. A student captured video of police responding to gunfire at Norris Hall on the Virginia Tech campus.
