Gone in 60 ... Less, Actually
In August 2011, a flash mob of at least 28 (pictured) struck a convenience store in the D.C. suburbs of Maryland. The mob was apparently preceded by two individuals who entered first to occupy the clerks, then the following dozens poured into the store, looting the shelves and coolers, before retreating in less than 60 seconds. Police investigation identified several perpetrators faces from the surveillance video.
