Two years later, on March 12, 2002, Albert Papandreou, 32, disappeared from a downtown bus depot. Two weeks later, his body was found on a Lake Michigan beach. Authorities ruled the cause of death to be drowning; however the manner of death remains listed as "unknown."
Just under a year later, Glen Leadley, 23, went missing on Feb. 8, 2003. He was last seen leaving an apartment in the 14-hundred block of North Lake Shore Drive. His body washed up on the shores of Lake Michigan two weeks later. His official cause of death is listed as drowning.

So why is there so many commonalities in these deaths? Is it, as the police claim, sheer coincidence or is the reason much more sinister? Could a serial killer be preying upon the young men and dumping their bodies in the waters surrounding Chicago? Whether or that is true remains to be seen, however these cases, like so many others, ring similar to the unexplained drowning of several college students in Milwaukee and Minneapolis.

Regardless of what is happening in Chicago, the important thing right now remains the search for Jesse Ross. Often families find not knowing what happened to be more painful than anything else. With that in mind, if you live in the Chicago area be sure to keep an eye out for Jesse. He is described as 5-foot-10-inches, 140 pounds with blue eyes and red hair. He was last seen wearing a green colored warm up jacket, white tee shirt, blue jeans and black gym shoes.
