In addition to the charges Mitchell has already racked up, authorities in Florida have announced they are in contact with officials in Alabama, and they are working together to determine whether federal charges could be filed.
According to court documents, Mitchell is currently on probation. His rap sheet details 14 arrests for crimes including aggravated assault with a weapon, bomb threats, extortion, burglary, "grand larceny and offense or offer of lewdness and lewd and lascivious behavior."

Mitchell is described as a white male with brown hair, blue eyes, between 5'10" and 5'11" tall and weighing approximately 158 lbs. Police say he has several tattoos. On his left arm, he has "LISA," along with a CROSS, and the word "LOVE" across his fingers. On his right arm, he has the words "WE" and "BILL." Mitchell was last seen driving a black Chevrolet Lumina with Florida license plate number G025EL.
