PHOENIX, Ariz. Last week Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Andrew Klein ordered prosecutors to turn DNA samples over to the attorneys of accused serial killer Mark Goudeau.  The defense team has been requesting the evidence for several months.  According to prosecutors, the samples link Goudeau to a pair of sexual assaults from 2005, which in turn link him to the Baseline serial killings.  This week the prosecution failed to turn over the samples and Goudeau's attorneys are now requesting that the judge dismiss the sexual assault cases.  Mike Anthony Scerbo, a spokesman for County Attorney Andrew Thomas, refuses to comment on the motion to dismiss.  Arguments from both sides will be heard on June 8.
