VINELAND, Canada — Authorities discovered a woman's body dumped on the side of the road today, leading some to believe that a serial killer might be murdering sex workers in the Niagara Region.  The bodies of five other women have been found in the same area since 1996.  Authorities say all of the victims have worked as exotic dancers or prostitutes.  Last year, a Niagara Falls man was charged in two of the deaths; however some local residents are beginning to wonder if police arrested the right man, especially now that another body has turned up in the same area.  Authorities have not yet said if this most recent murder is linked to the others.

MUMBAI, INDIA — Authorities are slowly starting to back peddle in the "beer-can killer" investigation.  For the last three weeks, they have patted themselves on the back for eliciting a confession from Ravindra Kantrole, after they injected him with the drug sodium penthanol.  The case was pretty much open and shut.  At least it was until last week, when another body was found near Charni Road railway station.  Authorities found a single beer can at the scene; a serial killer signature they did not expect to see again.  Police are now expressing doubt in the confessions and are beginning to shift their focus off of Kantrole.
