Although the rum cellar still exists, the entrance to the tunnel no longer does, and though it's sometimes hard to separate fact from fiction and to distinguish history from legend, especially in a city as strange and mysterious as Savannah, one thing is clear: with so many tales of kidnappings, murders, and ghostly sightings, some of them must be true.
