BATON ROUGE, La. (Crime Library) — John Bullock found two plainclothes sheriff's deputies slouched down inside an unmarked police car parked in his driveway at 10:30 one night. The deputies wouldn't say what they were doing. Three hours later, Bullock heard an explosion outside. He ran to the window to see what was going on. He peeked out just in time to see a sheriff's SWAT team breaking down the door of his neighbor's house across the street.
