Police do not consider Jessie's boyfriend, Bobby Cutts Jr., a suspect; however, yesterday his former girlfriend, model and actress Nikki Giavasis, made it clear that she does.
"He was very volatile during the relationship," Giavasis told Fox News. "He threatened to steal my daughter continuously ... He frightened me horrifically, my daughter, my family. It's been an ongoing ordeal since meeting him ... I think definitely he'd be the only suspect."

Cutts has refused to speak with the press since his girlfriend's disappearance, but he has been actively involved in the search. A temporary custody hearing for the couple's two-year-old son is scheduled for today in Wayne County Juvenile Court.

On June 15, Jessie's mother, Patty Porter, made a troubling discovery when she went to visit Jessie. Upon entering her daughter's house, she found her two-year-old grandson, Blake, home alone. He was wearing a dirty diaper, and the house was in a state of disarray. Jessie, who was nine months pregnant, was due to give birth any day. Despite a massive search and an ongoing investigation, police remain stumped by her disappearance.
