On October 25, 2006, a user with the screen name BOBBY CUTTS JR. made the following post to the Cantonrep.com in response to an article titled "Community policing should be revived":

"BOBBY CUTTS JR. - 10:24 PM on October 25, 2006

Community policing, community policing! Those are the cries that keep going out as a way to solve our city's crime problems.  Let me clue you in on a little secret about community policing, if it is brought back to life as it was before we are not going to see any change in the crime rate.  Under the old way of community policing there were a few officers walking downtown during the daylight hours and a few officers on bikes in the northwest section of town. Hiring more officers and going only on police related (incidents) would be the right form of community policing.  If there are more officers on the streets a more proactive approach could be taken by officers.  These steps are not a end all crime stopper but they are steps in the right direction.  We need the judges who handle these thugs or wanna [sic] be thugs to get tougher on these violent offenders."

There is also a BOBBY CUTTS on MySpace.com, who lists his hometown as Canton, Ohio; however, the profile is mostly blank.  The last Login was May 4, 2007.  The user lists his marital status as single and his Zodiac sign as Gemini.  In response to whether or not he had any children, the user selected the answer: "I don't want kids."
