CRIME LIBRARY — On December 30, 2006, the complete and partial skulls of nineteen people: four women, eleven girls and four boys - were discovered on the property of an upscale home in Nithari, a suburb of New Delhi, precipitating a search for more remains. It was obvious at once that the police were dealing with a serial killer, but investigators would soon learn that they in fact had two suspects, possibly three. | New Westminster, British Columbia — Barna Alper Productions has announced they are in talks with CTV about a possible movie on the Robert Pickton case. "This project, which was brought to CTV some time ago, is in a very early development phase and has yet to be ordered into production," Mike Cosentino, vice-president of communications, said in an interview with Canoe News. "The creative direction of this sensitive material is still to be determined." A final decision has yet to be made, however sources at Barna Alper say they would like to have the film in production as soon as possible, so that it would be ready for release after the end of Pickton's trial. |

SANFORD, Fla. — Police fear the Daytona Beach Serial Killer may have struck again. Earlier this week, authorities discovered the body of Lisa Marie French, 39, behind a warehouse in Sanford. As with the previous victims, French is also a known prostitute. Investigators are in the process of comparing DNA evidence, to see if there is a connection between this murder and three others that have occurred since 2005. The victims — Laquetta Gunther, 45, Julie Green, 34, and Iwana Patton, 35 — were all shot in similar fashion. An expert from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement reviewed the crimes last year and made the determination that a serial killer was responsible for those murders. Investigators have the killer's DNA, however they have been unable to find a match within their computer databases. PRETORIA, South Africa — The trial of suspected serial killer Richard Jabulani Nyauza, has been scheduled to start on April 17. Nyauza was arrested in September on 16 counts of murder; four counts of rape, three counts of robbery and one count of attempted murder. Nyauza has refused counsel and is conducting his own defense.
