Authorities have found the bodies of four men at the bottom of city manholes.  Two of the men have been identified.  According to police reports, Michael Nolen Jr., 40, and Michael Lawson, 56, died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head.  Autopsies are pending on the other two men, who were found in another manhole about 100 yards away.  While police have ruled two of the deaths homicides, they are hesitant to suggest that a serial killer may be responsible for the murders.  Nonetheless, they are searching manholes throughout the city, to rule out the possibility of additional deaths.  The investigation is ongoing.
