IPSWICH, England — Police have made an arrest in the Suffolk strangler case.  According to late breaking reports, a 37-year-old taxi driver, identified as Tom Stephens, is suspected of murdering five English prostitutes.  "I don't have alibis for some of the times (of the murders), actually I'm not entirely sure I have tight alibis for any of the times. But I'm not worried about being charged. I'm innocent," he said during a brief interview with The Sunday Mirror.  Suffolk police have not yet commented on what led them to Stephens.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — A candlelight vigil was held on the Boardwalk to mourn the loss of four women who were found behind a motel in West Atlantic City last month.  The victims have since been identified as Kim Raffo, 35, Tracy Ann Roberts, 23, Molly Jean Dilts, 20, and Barbara V. Breidor, 42.  No one has been charged in the murders and many people suspect a serial killer is stalking Atlantic City prostitutes.

FORT WORTH, Texas A jury is about to determine whether Juan Meza Segundo, 43, should receive life or death.  Earlier this month Segundo was found guilty of strangling Vanessa Villa, 11, more than 20 years ago.  He has also been linked to the rapes and strangulations of two women in 1994 and 1995.  Closing arguments are scheduled to begin tomorrow.

IPSWICH, England — Police have made a second arrest in the Suffolk strangler case.  While they are not releasing any specific details, they have described the arrest as "significant."  On Monday,Tom Stephens, 37, was arrested, in connection with the murders.  At this time it is unclear if police have made any connection between the two men.
