ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — Investigators have identified the fourth body found behind a motel in West Atlantic City last week. According to a police press release, the fourth body is that of Molly Jean Dilts, 20, of Blairsville, Pa. Authorites are also no longer denying a serial killer is responsible for the deaths and they are actually speculating whether or not several other unsolved prostitute murders may be related to this most recent string of murders. During an interview with CBS 3, several admitted prostitutes came forward and said investigators have been showing them photos of a white man with a "scruffy beard and mustache, sporting a beer belly." Investigators will neither comfirm or deny those claims.

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Suspected serial killer Luis Aguilar Perez was sentenced to life in prison today, for killing Florence Ruth Berrospe, 50, and Nestora McCune, 61. Last month Perez agreed to plead guilty to the murders, with the understanding prosecutors would not seek the death penalty. Perez will now travel to San Francisco, where he is set to stand trial for a third murder he is alleged to have committed there.
LOS ANGELES, Cali. — On Nov. 17, a jury convicted accused serial killer Ivan Hill of six counts of first-degree murder. The sentencing phase is now underway and jurors are hearing additional evidence, including information regarding at least three other murders, in which Hill is the prime suspect. Testimony is set to resume tomorrow.

| OLYMPIA, Wash. — The state Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the appeal of Robert Yates Jr. today. Yates wants his 2002 death sentence overturned, claiming that his plea deal was violated. Prosecutors claim the deal only covered 13 of the 15 murders he has been convicted of committing. |

| ATLANTA, Ga. — Convicted killer Wayne Williams has filed a motion seeking comparative DNA tests, on samples recovered from the bodies of his alleged victims. Since his arrest in 1981, authorities have maintained their belief that Williams murdered 29 black men and children dating back to 1979. Williams is certain the DNA tests will clear his name. A judge has yet to rule on the motion. |
