Police have confirmed that a child-on-child sex assault did occur at the residence, however the juvenile records are sealed and they were unable to elaborate on those charges. Investigators also refused to comment on whether the courts were aware of the cameras.
Randall Piercy maintains his innocence and claims his in-laws are framing him. The Boswells have not acknowledged Piercy's allegations and have only said they pray their daughter would get the help she needs.

As of this writing Randall and Michelle Piercy are being held in the Duval County Jail on $1 million bail each. Their nine-year-old son remains in protective custody.
