Over the weekend, Kiva was buried in a plot near those of her parents at Rest Haven Cemetery in Blue Ash.  A benefit for Kiva's daughters is planned for June 4 at Skyline Chili on Ohio 747 at Beckett Ridge in West Chester.  The event will run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Johnson is being held without bond at the Butler County Jail.  Police have not yet charged him with Kiva's murder.
