Jeremy Hulls Girlfriend Admits She Helped Dispose of Lewis Wilczeks Body

Regardless of why Hull's girlfriend kept silent, she is obviously not a very upstanding citizen.  Police have yet to comment on why she has not been charged.  If I were a betting man, I would say prosecutors are considering a deal.  If that is the case, shame on them.  There is overwhelming evidence connecting Hull to Lewis' murder.  Unless the prosecutor is an understudy of Marcia Clark, I see no reason for them to make a deal with Hull's girlfriend.

The search warrants provide more information on the notebook taken from Hull's St. Cloud apartment that described in detail how Hull was going to murder Lewis.  The writings, which included Lewis' contact information, delineated how Hull was going to break into Lewis' house and murder him in his sleep.  Hull wrote that he would "stab him [Lewis] a couple of times and then pack up his stuff and leave."  Hull then made remarks about burying Lewis and his bed.  He wrote that he wanted to make it look like Lewis had packed his belongings and moved.

For whatever reason, Hull changed his plans, but the writings should show that the murder was premeditated.  In addition to the notebook, police have a mountain of other evidence.  They found Lewis' clothing and blood in Hull's apartment along with legal documents in Lewis' name.  They have multiple witnesses who have identified Hull as the person pretending to be Lewis in the days following the murder.  Police have proof that Hull rented the earth moving equipment used at the murder site, they know he used his home phone number to transfer Lewis' money, and they caught him driving Lewis' truck.  Hull gave them everything they need to guarantee his conviction.  He was, if nothing else, consistent with his stupidity.
