Phoenix, AZ — Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Andrew Klein has ordered prosecutors to turn DNA samples over to the attorneys of accused serial killer Mark Goudeau.� The defense team has been requesting the evidence for several months.� According to prosecutors, the samples link Goudeau to a pair of sexual assaults from 2005.� Goudeau's attorneys made the request because they want to have the samples tested at an independent lab.

Robert Pickton

New Westminster, British Columbia — A pathologist testified that a skull found along a rural road in 1995, has been linked to suspected serial killer Robert Pickton.� Dr. James Ferris said DNA from the skull matched DNA taken from bones on Pickton's property.� Dr. Ferris also said the skull had been sawed in an unusual fashion.� "At that time I was very concerned about this particular specimen and I was confident we were dealing with a homicide case," Ferris said.� "I've seen bodies that have been mutilated and sawed but I have never seen a complete sagittal cut through the skull before."� Pickton is charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of six women.� Following this trial, he will be tried on an additional 20 counts of murder.
