According to published reports, Nick was talking with a man who was walking a pit bull before he vanished. The Paddock's security camera picked up a photo of the man, who remains unidentified. This individual was not known to Paddock employees or to Nick's family and friends.
Police have found no evidence of foul play and at this time they do not know whether Nick was abducted or simply disappeared of his own volition. He is officially a missing person case.
"We have good info as to when he was in Ocean City," DiPino told reporters. "We're trying to track down all the info we've received about him to verify if it's true. We've been getting tips and possible sightings, but nothing substantial."

Gochnour stands 5'8", and weights between 145-150 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a green fitted New York Yankees hat, a stripped green and white button shirt, jean shorts and diamond stud earrings in both ears.
