Navy SEAL-turned-wrestler-turned-governor Jesse Ventura helped set a legal precedent in the area of restitution when he successfully sued Titan Sports, distributor of videotapes for what was then known as WWF, for past royalties as a commentator for the WWF. A jury found in his favor and awarded him $801,333.06 in damages for the company's unjust enrichment. As a result of the suit, whenever Titan Sports wants to use his commentary, Ventura gets a percentage of the sales.
