A 57-year-old Delaware woman phoned police after allegedly being scammed out of $65,400 by Tiffany Stevens, 21, who claimed she needed the money to help free the victim's deceased mother and sister from limbo. Stevens had promised to return the money, which came from the victim's inheritance, but as in prior cases, was out of reach when the time came. Stevens was charged with felony theft in April 2008.
