Milwaukie, Ore., teen Shelby Harrington (right) was walking home from school on April 7, 2011, when a stranger stopped her and then grabbed her. She was able to get away to phone her father, Brett Harrington (left), for help. Harrington father quickly drove to his daughter's rescue, and together they then searched the area for the man. When they found him, Harrington later told reporters, "I grabbed him, body slammed him and put him in a nice headlock and waited till the deputies showed up." The alleged assailant turned out to be Douglass Quinn, a registered sex offender. Police arrested Quinn on a drug warrant, and cited him for harassment.
