April 19, 2010: After Highway officials in Grainger County, TN., noticed a sharp increase in their department's gas usage, they decided to investigate and got in contact with the local sherriff's department. A surveillance camera was put up to monitor the refueling station, which is protected by a barbed wire fence. The captured footage shocked all — local couple Derek and Vicki Weaver were allegedly seen crawling underneath the fence, filling eight jugs with gasoline. The next night cops waited for the Weavers, who arrived as expected, with their eight jugs in hand. The gas guzzling pair, who police believe frequented the refueling station every night, face felony charges.
