California woman Conception Ramirez, who worked as a custodian, is suing her former employer of ten years, the Meridian Sports Club, for wrongful termination after, she claims, they fired her for complaining about her supervisor's having sexually harassed her. In the suit Ramirez alleges that her supervisor begged her for sex, put his exposed penis on the table and regaled her with a graphic tale of a sexual encounter, in which a snake penetrates a woman anally and exits out her mouth. No word on how many times this harassment occurred, or on how long said snake would have to have been. She is suing for sexual harassment, discrimination, and firing "under false and pretextual reasons."
