A 32-year-old mother of two, Rebecca Wingo had recently made a career upgrade, having gone from working at Joe's Crab Shack to a position as a customer relations rep at medical imaging company. Wingo, a native of Quinlan, Tex., had served in the US Air Force, where she learned to speak Mandarin Chinese.
