According to Broadwater's obituary, he graduated first in his class at the School of Nuclear Medicine at Ball State University in 1994. After graduating, he began working as a nuclear technician for The Care Group at The Heart Center.

"Jason cherished patient care," his obituary reads. "He was an avid fisherman, loved outdoor activities, and was a member of Castleton United Methodist Church."

Police say Broadwater was last seen on Thursday night, the day before the bodies were found. During the autopsy, it was determined that Broadwater had sustained a single gunshot wound to the head, while Moulder had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

"Based on the injuries, it appears Jason did do the shooting," Lt. Horner told MSNBC on Monday.

In the end, we are left with more questions than answers. What could have possibly drove such an intelligent and successful man to allegedly murder his beautiful wife-to-be and then turn the gun on himself? Perhaps some questions are best left unanswered.
