New Facts Uncovered In John Woodring Investigation -- Exclusive

By David Lohr

(Continued)

In February of 2006, Woody and Bonnie were once again married.  This time it was not quite as magical and they opted to have the ceremony conducted by a justice of the peace, rather then a reverend.

Following their second wedding, things began to take a turn for the worse.  Bonnie discovered Woody was stealing money from her, forging checks and opening secret bank accounts.  He was even diverting some of Bonnie's direct deposits to those hidden accounts.

Bonnie was also suspicious Woody was cheating on her.  She discovered he had a profile on MySpace and noticed some of the people on his friends' list were swingers.  In addition to his Internet activities, she also discovered he had nude photos of himself on his computer.  While it is unknown what his defense was, I am sure Woody came up with something to smooth things over.  Regardless, Bonnie remained suspicious and things became worse when she discovered Woody was applying for credit cards in her name.  The constant fighting must have affected Woody as well, because court records show he was pulled over and arrested for DUI in the weeks following their second marriage.

Things continued to spiral downward and on March 29, 2006, Woody was arrested for Forgery and Common Law Robbery, which in the state of North Carolina is defined as, "the taking and carrying away personal property of another from his person or presence."  According to my sources, Woody stole a check from an elderly woman and cashed it after forging her name.
