Woody was married to Jody Anissa Sutton on July 3, 1999.  On the marriage license he stated it was his second marriage.  According to a post Woody made to a family tree website, he had two children with Jody:

Court documents show Woody and Jody's divorce was not granted until November 21, 2005, some six months after Woody married Bonnie.  According to friends of the couple, Bonnie was angry when she found out and demanded an explanation.  Woody, always capable of coming up with a ready-made excuse, told Bonnie he thought the marriage had been annulled years ago.  He expressed just as much shock as she did and assured her he would file for a speedy divorce.
