Meals are developed by a licensed dietician and include at least one hot food item per day. A sample daily menu for Monday includes:

Breakfast

Hot cereal, scrambled eggs, bread

Lunch

Ham and cheese sandwich, cole slaw, tortilla chips

Dinner

Country stew, noodles, green beans

During his one hour of free time, Gregerson may also have visitors. The Sheriff's Office visitor's log exemplifies his solitary nature — besides attorneys, the only people who have visited Gregerson are his family, a reporter, a female friend and his estranged wife, Cadie.

Cadie Gregerson visited her husband along with his family on July 29 and then again by herself once after that. In the days following her husband's arrest, Cadie Gregerson had called in to a radio talk show and expressed her disbelief over what was happening.

"I can't see my husband as a murderer, I just can't see this," she said. "If he admits to this, I am not standing by him. I would like to talk to him to get this straightened out. I'm going to as him, 'What happened, did you do this?"

The pair had a volatile relationship, marked with screaming fights and physical abuse, according to court documents. They separated before the murder occurred. A neighbor reported that he rarely saw Gregerson, who was apparently holed up in his duplex, trolling the internet for dates.

Then Destiny disappeared and police focused on Gregerson as a possible suspect. He failed two polygraph tests on July 24 and confessed to smothering her and sexually assaulting the corpse, according to authorities. FBI agents then obtained a search warrant and found Destiny's body in a sealed plastic bin in Gregerson's basement.
