According to Donna's sister, Lisa Jou, her sister recently moved home for the summer following her first year at SDSU, where she is a pre-med student with a 4.0 grade point average.  Nonetheless, her judgment, according to Lisa, is not always the best.

"She just automatically has confidence in people," Lisa said in an interview with NBCSandiego.com Friday.  "I mean, she doesn't question them.  With her, they are OK until they've shown you otherwise."

Donna's cell phone has not been used since the text message was sent to her mother on June 24.  There has also been no activity with her bank account or credit cards.

"I don't know where to go, what to do and we know something bad happened," Reza Jou, Donna's father told The Orange County Register on Monday.

According to police, Burgess could be driving a blue 1998 Ford Ranger, with a California license tag of SIN-JIN-1.  He also owns a black motorcycle, which is missing.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Donna Jou should contact the Orange County Sheriff's Department at 714-647-7049.
