According to Stark County Prosecutor John Ferrero, Cutts will be arraigned in Canton Municipal Court today. The prosecutor says that it is too soon to determine whether the case will warrant the death penalty. However, he has not ruled it out. "The charges could get elevated to a higher degree down the road," he said during a press conference yesterday.
