After Ester's rescue, authorities reported the baby was in good shape, despite the three-day ordeal.
Martinez allegedly broke into Ester's parents' Reedley, Calif. home Tuesday night. He then dragged the pregnant teen out through a smashed window and forced her into a waiting car. Police say Martinez had help from a 15-year-old boy who is a relative of Ester. During the violent kidnapping, police say, Martinez hit Ester and knocked her unconscious.

Fresno County sheriff's deputies arrested the 15-year-old in San Jose, Calif. Wednesday, and on Friday they found the gray Honda sedan used in the kidnapping.
Sheriff's deputies charged Martinez with kidnapping, burglary, conspiracy, terrorist threats, and domestic violence. Juan Ramirez and Damariz Michi were both charged with accessory to kidnapping.
All are being held in the Storey County jail in Virginia City.
An extradition hearing has been scheduled for Martinez for Wednesday.
