Friday, February 2, 2007 Phoenix, AZ Judge Andrew Klein has set June 25, as the trial date for Mark Goudeau, for allegedly assaulting two sisters. Goudeau, who is believed to be the "Baseline Killer", is also charged with nine counts of murder and several sexual assault charges. Goudeau has been in custody since September, when he was arrested for an unrelated assault. The Baseline Killer case includes 23 shootings and rapes that left nine people dead.

| MILWAUKEE, WI It has been over 20 years since Adam Walsh, son of America's most wanted host, John Walsh, was kidnapped and murdered. Now retired FBI profiler Neil Purtell, is raising questions about the possibility that infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer may have killed 6-year-old Adam in 1981. According to Purtell, Dahmer acted strangely when asked directly if he was responsible for the boy's death. Dahmer was evasive and told him that Florida had the death penalty and whoever killed Adam would not survive in prison. The Adam Walsh case remains unsolved. In 1992, Dahmer was convicted on 15 counts of murder and sentenced to 15 life terms. |
Sunday, February 4, 2007 WHAKATANE, Australia Authorities think they may have a serial killer on the loose, following the disappearance of Jamie Herdman, 26, who has not been seen since December 26. 2006. Herdman is the third man to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances over the last nine months. The investigation continues.

LAFAYETTE, LA The trial for suspected serial killer Sean Vincent Gillis has been postponed until May 29. Gillis attorney, Eric Neumann, claims he has had difficulty gaining access to his client. Neumann has also asked that his client's confession, a key piece of evidence, be thrown out, as it was given to detectives after Gillis was denied legal counsel. Gillis has been charged with seven deaths between 1994 and 2006.
